It’s kind of like watching an amazing TV series and you are like 5 episodes in. I also love how if you watch all 5 films they really do connect and they even have characters from the past ones scooting around in this one too. I love that witches are collecting kids for some demony purpose.
It was an interesting perspective, because it’s usually just honkeys running around screaming and dyeing. I love that it’s a Latino family dealing with this shit this time. Yes, it is another found footage film, but if you can let that go you will like it.
In the end they try to save Jesse from the witch coven that was in the other films and get the help from Latino gang members to blast that coven up. His friends think he is acting crazy and then he eventually goes demon. Jesse eventually wakes up with a bite mark on his arm and doesn’t know how he got it, but now he has supernatural like powers. Later the Bruja is dead so they break into her apartment to snoop around and get scared. I just would have thought it was some weird ass orgy. They see her doing witchy rituals on a naked girl in there.
They believe their neighbor is a Bruja (Spanish witch) so they lower a camera down a vent to her crib and film some shit. Jesse ( Andrew Jacobs) and Hector ( Jorge Diaz) are best friends that just graduated high school and they are filming their lives and shit.
